Our Approach
Comprehensive: Combines diet, exercise, and FDA-approved prescription medications like Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound to overcome biological barriers to weight loss.

In-Depth Initial Evaluation:
Initial Consultation: An in-person consultation with our board certified physician, including a physical examination, basic lab testing, and an ECG when needed.
Body Composition Analysis: Detailed assessment to monitor progress and optimize results. Performed monthly for our patients seen in the office.
Our telehealth patients receive a Body Composition Scale and a Measuring Tape to support effective monitoring and enhance the quality of our follow-up visits.
Ongoing Monitoring: Monthly follow-ups ensure progress is tracked, and adjustments are made as needed to optimize results.
Evidence-Based Medications: Medications are carefully prescribed and managed to support your weight loss safely and effectively. We use evidence-based medications to support your journey, including:
Semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic, Compounded option available*)
Tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro)
Liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda)
Phentermine/Topiramate (Qsymia)
Bupropion/Naltrexone (Contrave)

Weight Loss Membership
Our tailored weight loss program is designed to provide personalized care and support for sustainable results.
You can choose a 3- or 6-month commitment when you enroll, and your membership will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel.
This program combines structure, accountability, and individualized care to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals.
We also offer telehealth weight loss services for patients unable to visit the clinic. These services are available to residents of NC, TN, TX, and SC.
Pricing
Direct-Pay Practice: We do not accept or bill insurance, offering transparent and flexible options for your weight loss journey.
Initial Consultation: $395.00
Program Fees:
3-Month Program: $199/month (physician services only, excludes medication).
6-Month Program: $149/month (physician services only, excludes medication).
Compounded Semaglutide Program: $399/month, includes medication and supplies mailed to your home and administration teaching.
Insurance for Medications: We assist with prior authorizations if you choose to use insurance. Coverage is determined after prior authorization is completed.
Labs & Diagnostic Evaluation
Lab Work: Please bring a copy of any lab work completed within the past 6 months to your first appointment or have it faxed to (727)-250-5547.
EKG: If you’ve had an EKG in the last 3 months, bring a copy or have it faxed to our office. We can perform an EKG during your visit if needed, at no additional cost.
New Labs: If additional lab work is required, you’ll receive an order for completion at a local lab. Insurance may cover lab fees (co-pays may apply). Advanced testing referrals can be provided if necessary.
Medication Requirements: Laboratory testing and a recent EKG (for appetite suppressants done within 3 months) are required before prescribing weight loss medications.
*Laboratory Studies Ordered: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Liver and Kidney Function, Thyroid studies (TSH and Free T4), Hemoglobin A1C, Cholesterol Profile, Vitamin D level, Vitamin B12 and Folate Level. (Patients interested in other laboratory studies can review this with the physician at your appointment. Cost of additional laboratory studies can be provided during your visit).
*Physical examination does not include genitourinary exam (Pap Smear).
*All labs are drawn at our lab partner facility in Asheville. Patients will be given a lab order form to take to the lab facility for blood draw.
*Cash pay pricing is subject to change based on availability. If you are uninsured, the estimated total cost of the laboratory studies with our cash pay pricing is $75.00
*Please be advised we do not bill insurance for our weight loss program. Patients with or without insurance are welcome. We are opted our of Medicare so our services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement.
